Terms of Service — Clizora

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Clizora (“the Service”) you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Clizora is a mobile CRM (customer relationship management) application that allows you to:

• Organize your contacts/leads in customizable pipelines.
• Send messages via WhatsApp and Telegram from one place (if you connect your account).
• Send and read emails via Gmail (if you connect it).
• Use an AI assistant for CRM tasks.
• Track metrics, automations and reminders.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Clizora.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails or unauthorized messages.
• Violate local laws, WhatsApp/Meta regulations, or Google policies.
• Harass, threaten or harm other people.
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service’s security.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
• Resell the Service or share your account with third parties.

Violations may result in suspension or deletion of your account without prior notice.

5. Plans and subscriptions

Clizora offers three plans:

• Free — limited functionality.
• Plus (USD 24.99/month or USD 239.99/year).
• Pro (USD 49.99/month or USD 479.99/year).

Prices are shown in the app and may be adjusted by region and local taxes.

5.1 Billing

Payments are processed through Google Play Store (via RevenueCat as a technical facilitator). You pay Google directly with the payment method configured in your account. We never touch your card data.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless canceled in advance. You can cancel anytime via Google Play → Subscriptions.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are managed under Google Play’s policy. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase from Google Play. After that, contact Google.

5.4 Price changes

If we raise prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Your data and content

• You own the data you upload to Clizora (leads, messages, notes, files).
• You grant us a limited license to process that data only to provide the Service (see Privacy Policy).
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Connected third-party services

If you connect Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram or other services, the terms of those services also apply to you. You are responsible for following each platform’s rules (e.g., WhatsApp’s anti-spam policies).

8. Artificial intelligence

The AI assistant processes your messages via Google Gemini. Responses may contain errors or inaccurate information — use them as help, not as definitive advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance or react to incidents without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is”, with no warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Our total liability in any case will not exceed what you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service, including spam sent from your connected WhatsApp/Gmail account.

12. Termination

• You: you may close your account at any time from the app or by contacting us.
• Us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service abusively.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. If the change is material, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted to the user under their own jurisdiction.
